Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States. We ship all our products priority mail or UPS. Because we love to ship everything fresh from the dryer, we ship within 3-5 business days upon receiving your order. Make sure your address is a safe place to have mail delivered.
If your package is LOST, I will contact the post office to receive the GPS coordinates. You are more than welcome to call your local post office to receive the GPS coordinates also. They can track and tell you where your package was delivered.
If your package arrives DAMAGED, take a picture of the damaged box before you open the box. After you open the box, take a picture of any items damaged. Do not throw away the box or any packages. Contact me to make arrangements to receive your photo's of any damaged goods.
